How we fit in
We don't replace the people already doing this work — like your local Area Agency on Aging (in Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging). PA Care Path helps you get ready — figuring out what may help and getting the paperwork together — and then points you to them and the right offices to finish. Think of us as the on-ramp.
Do not enter your Social Security number, bank account numbers, or passwords anywhere in this tool. We will tell you exactly what information you need — you bring it to the agency yourself. This tool never stores anything about you without your permission.
